Passed away peacefully on September 14 2025, surrounded by her loving family, at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael and brothers Michael and Jack.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving son John, daughters Geraldine (Breen), Breda (Delaney) and Mary (Langan), daughter-in-law Imelda, sons-in-law Ger, Mick and Mark, grandchildren Brian, Sinéad, Shane, Aisling, and Márie Comerford, Caroline, Louise and Hannah Breen, Noel, Colm and Killian Delaney, Michael and Clodagh Langan, her 8 great-grandchildren, sister Anne (Nan) Hogan, brother Jimmy Campion and his wife Mary, sister-in-law Mary Comerford, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her son John Comerford's residence, Bushfield, Borris-in-Ossory, Co. Laois, R32 X229 on Monday, September 15 from 12 noon to 8pm, with Rosary at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday, September 16 at 12 noon in St. Kieran's Church, Knockaroo, R32 F886 , followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of James (Jim) Francis Power, Green Lane, Lowtown, Kilmeague, Kildare.
Formerly of West Yorkshire, UK.
At St. Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh after an illness bravely borne with his family by his side.
Brother of the late David, Tommy, Liam and Mary and grandad of the late Finlay.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Denise, sons James and Philip, daughter-in-law Beverley, grandchildren Lauren, Kennedy, Bradley, Jonathan, Philippa and their partners, great granddaughter Pixie, great grandsons Mason and Taylor-James, sisters Kathleen, Patty and Sheila, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Glennon's Funeral Home, Allenwood from 4pm on Sunday until 6pm with Rosary at 5:30pm.
Removal by Glennon's Funeral Directors from his family home on Tuesday morning to arrive at The Church of The Holy Trinity, Allen for Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

With heavy hearts we share the passing of Martin (Marty) Whelan Snr. of Newtown Road, Maynooth, Co. Kildare and late of Lucan, Co. Dublin. Martin passed peacefully on Friday, September 12th 2025, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.
Beloved husband of Eva, dad to Thomas, Gerard, Marty and Michelle. Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, daughters-in-law, granchildren Laura, Adam, Eoin and Dylan, brother Joe, extended family and friends.

Removal from his residence by Oliver Reilly Funeral Directors on Wednesday at approx. 10:30am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Maynooth for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Laraghbryan Cemetery, Maynooth.
