Gardaí in Naas, Co Kildare stopped this vehicle recently after the driver “struggled to stay in their lane.”
As it turned out, the driver was texting on their mobile phone whilst driving, resulting in the dangerous road behaviour.
A Fixed Charge Penalty Notice (FCPN) was issued to the driver.
A message from An Garda Síochána Kildare stated: “Please remember: no message is worth risking your life or someone else’s.”
