€990k works completed on this Kildare school

Works estimated at €990k have been completed at Scoil Uí Riada, Pairc Brayton, Cill Choca, Co Kildare.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), works on the school were “certified as completed” on October 20 2025.

The project consisted of the construction of additional accommodation for Scoil Uí Riada, Brayton Park, Kilcock, Co Kildare.

The new accommodation includes seven classrooms with en-suite wcs, three special education tuition rooms, two staff wcs and a disabled accessible wc.

Works also included the reconfiguration of an existing resource room to the north of the existing school building to comprise a resource room and corridor with fire escape to the north.

Site works included 13 additional car parking spaces, one disabled access parking space, and additional bicycle parking together with associated landscaping, drainage, and all associated site works.

The main contractor for the project was C. F Hoey Construction, and the architect was Demesne Architects Limited.
