A man was grabbed by the collar and dragged down the stairs by his son.
This was the allegation made at Naas District Court sitting.

The son appeared before the court, though the father was not present.
Judge Desmond Zaidan commented that the father had previously attended the court and had bloodstains.
Judge Zaidan commented that the father was “covered in blood.”
The son was initially remanded in custody by Judge Zaidan.
