A €712k office building development is to be constructed in Naas, Co Kildare.
Kildare County Council has granted planning permission to Kilwex Civil to construct a €712k office building development in Naas West.
The permission, granted on November 27 2025, follows an appeal being lodged with an Coimisiún Pleanála on July 28 2025.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the address of the proposed site is Pacelli House, Pacelli Road, Naas West W91 RKT3, Co Kildare.

The development includes the following: the demolition of an existing two-storey dormer type commercial building (circa. 313 sq.m. in total) containing 156 sq.m. of retail floor area on ground floor, and 156 sq.m. of office floor area on first floor level, as permitted by reg. ref. 97/92 located to the south side of an existing two-storey office building as permitted by reg. ref. 00/36.
This existing commercial building is to be replaced with a proposed two-storey office extension (circa. 328 sq.m. in total) to the existing two-storey office building, together with associated vehicle parking and covered cycle shelter, drainage and siteworks.
It is also proposed to re-clad the existing front east elevation and partial section of north side elevation with cladding panels to match the proposed extension, and to install pv solar panels and rooflights to the flat roof.
The architect for the project is John P Delaney Architects.
