BAM UK & Ireland proudly celebrated its people at the annual Making Possible Awards, an event dedicated to recognising the individuals and teams who deliver exceptional impact across the organisation, with one Kill, Co Kildare resident winning an award.
After months of nominations, shortlisting, and voting, colleagues from across the UK and Ireland gathered in Newcastle late last month to honour achievements that reflect BAM’s core values and commitment to creating positive outcomes for clients, communities, and each other.
This year’s winners exemplify innovation, collaboration, and resilience. Kill resident, Michelle O’Connor won the Unsung Hero Award at the awards. Michelle works for the BAM IT Department, and her hard work was honoured and recognised at the Making Possible Awards.
