Customers in Naas Road, Main Street, Hartwell Road and surrounding areas may experience some disruption to their supply
Uisce Éireann has advised of a planned water outage which may impact customers in parts of Kill, Co Kildare. The outage is necessary to facilitate essential works to the water network.
Customers in Naas Road, Main Street, Hartwell Road and surrounding areas may experience some disruption to their supply from 9pm on Tuesday, December 9, until 5am on Wednesday, December 10.
Uisce Éireann’s Sinéad Kennedy said, “We understand the inconvenience caused by an interruption to supply. These works are taking place out-of-hours on Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning to minimise the impact to the wider community. We would like to thank our customers in advance for their patience and co-operation.”
Following the completion of the works, it can take two to three hours for the normal water supply to return as water refills the network, particularly for those properties on higher ground or at the end of the network.
