Changes sought for residential development in North Kildare

A number of changes have been sought for a residential development planned for North Kildare.

A planning permission application which was submitted to Kildare County Council (KCC) shows that Kelston Properties Limited wants to make modifications to a proposed residential development.

This development is located at lands in Mullen Park, Mullen Park Road in Maynooth.

According to the the description within the application, the development will consist of modifications to the residential development on the site (approved under Ref 24/60624).

Specifically, the alterations are being planned for the approved mix of unit types to 12 one-bed simplex, 12 two-bed duplex, 15 three-bed detached and semi-detached houses, and one four-bed detached house.

Alterations are also being sought by Kelston Properties Ltd for: the approved internal road layout and arrangement of car parking spaces; the omission of vehicular accesses on Carton Court; alterations to the layout of the approved open space; and amendments to the boundary treatments.

In addition, the application affirms that both the total number of units on the site and the location of access to the development on Mullen Park Road remain as approved.

The date received on the application is listed as December 23 last, while the submission-by and due dates are both listed as "null".

The business information website CRIFVision-Net notes that Kelston Properties Ltd was established in December of 2005.

It has a registered address listed as Ardee House, River Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, County Dublin.
