HEALY Michael (Baroda Court, Newbridge & late of London and Brownstown) - January 3 2026 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Naas Hospital with his loving wife Marie and family by his side.
Predeceased by his daughter Sarah and grandson Daniel. Sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Tommy, sister-in-law Irene, brothers-in-law, nephews and nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Dermot Hobbs, Leixlip, Kildare / Marino, Dublin.
HOBBS, Dermot (Leixlip, Co. Kildare, formerly of Langrishe Place and Marino, Dublin and retired An Garda Síochána) January 3 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his family and in the tender care of the staff at St. Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh and previously The Mater Hospital.
With heavy hearts and thankful memories we say goodbye to Dermot, a true legend to those who knew and loved him. He left this world surrounded by everyone he loved.
A devoted husband to Sandra, a wonderful dad to Aoife and Niamh and a great friend to sons-in-law Gavin and Brendan.
His greatest joy was being grandad Dermo to his six adoring grandchildren Fionn, Senan, Ryan, Cian, Conall and Noah.
Deeply missed by his loving siblings Frank, Pat, Mary, Alex and Claude, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and cherished friends.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday (January 6) from 5pm to 8pm.
Removal to the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, Confey, Leixlip on Wednesday morning (January 7) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery, Leixlip.

CAHILL, David Alexander Cameron (Ardclough, Straffan, Co. Kildare and formerly of Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny).
Passed away peacefully on January 1 2026, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Susie, daughter Gay (Wilmot-Smith) and son Robert, son-in-law Andrew, grandchildren Patrick, Nicholas and Tom, extended family Inez, Caryl, Rachel, Sarah, Candy, Amaya and Alex, and friends.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Sunday afternoon (January 4) between 4pm and 6pm.
Removal on Monday morning (January 5) to St. Anne’s Church, Ardclough arriving for a Funeral Mass at 12pm followed by a private cremation.
