A €3.5m apartment development has been completed in Piercetown, Newbridge, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), works have been completed on 20 residential units as part of an overall development.
The promoter for the development is listed as Thoval Properties Limited, with the architect being Marbo Consultants Limited.
The address of the development is Station Road, Townland of Piercetown, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
It is understood that the project forms part of a larger scheme of 84 units (ref. Planning no. 1024193 and 1182546.)

Planning permission dates back to March 2021, when a decision to grant permission was issued by Kildare County Council.
This planning permission was for a residential development consisting of 20 units, with the proposed development comprising of: 2 3-storey blocks accommodating 10 2-bed ground floor apartments with 10 3-bed duplex units at 1st and 2nd floors, with associated 2 bin and bicycle stores.
The development also comprised of completion of an access road, surface car parking, drainage, extensive landscaping and all associated site development works.
Works first started on the development in July 2023 and were completed in January of this year.
