The workshops will culminate in a performance at the Kilkenny Arts Festival
Kilkenny Arts Festival is inviting people who have migrated to Kilkenny to take part in a series of movement, music and dance workshops.
The workshops will take place in John of God National School at Upper New Street on January 24 and February 7 and 21 at 7pm to collaborate on a brand new piece for Kilkenny Arts Festival 2023!
This adult only workshop (from 7pm-9pm, but you can come and leave at anytime) will involve some singing and movement, but absolutely no experience is necessary – just a willingness to try something a little different!
This project is all about bringing people from diverse communities together to explore our similarities and differences
through movement and song and the organisers would love a representation from as many groups (or individuals) as possible.
