Hebron Ventures Limited have submitted a planning application seeking to develop 23 residential units at New Road, Mooncoin, County Kilkenny.
The housing planned is a mix of semi-detached two-storey properties, semi-detached bungalows, terraced housing and community housing.
Also sought is vehicular site access from New Road, internal roads and footpaths, surface level car parking, public lighting, landscaping, public open space, boundary treatments, provision of foul and surface water disposal, refuse storage, bicycle storage and all associated site works.
A decision from Kilkenny County Council is due by May 8, 2023.
