Notice is hereby given of the intention of Kilkenny County Council to close Horse Barrack Lane in Kilkenny City from its junction at Watergate in order to facilitate the reconstruction of the road as part of the Abbey Quarter Development and the development of the adjoining Mayfair Library.
The planned closure is expected to be from April 10, 2023 to June 26, 2023.
Any person who wishes to make a submission, observation and/or objection in respect of the proposed, temporary closures of these public roads may do so via email to kilkennyareaoffice@kilkennycoco.ie.
Submissions, observations and/or objections must be received no later than 4pm on Friday, March 31, 2023.
