City Cinemas Limited have applied for change of use planning permission at Unit 2, Barrack Street, Kilkenny.
At ground floor level, it is sought to change the existing retail unit to a doctors surgery/clinic.
Also sought is permission for all associated site works.
A decision is due by August 24, 2023.
