North Kilkenny library the place to be this summer!

The annual summer reading challenge returns to Castlecomer Library this summer!

The initiative encourages children to read a minimum of eight books during the holiday period. Children are invited to attend the library with a parent to sign-up and upon registration each child will receive a card to record their progress.

Participants can read books of their choice - fact or fiction, as long as the books are borrowed from the library.

The fun continues in the 'Comer' library on Saturdays from 10am to 1:30pm with fun activities on offer. Ludo, scrabble and chess are just some of the games on offer!
