A local dog shelter have been scratching their heads once again after another dog was found abandoned in Kilkenny.
"This dog was found in Kilkenny, tied to a gate, callously abandoned and left by her owners for someone else to deal with," the shelter said.
"That someone is us, welcome to the shelter Pippa."
Pippa came into the shelter's care on Friday evening and is described as a lovely friendly girl.
She is not microchipped.
