To celebrate Hedgerow Week, which takes place from September 1 to 8, a walk of the historic mass path in Dunmore will take place on Thursday, September 7, beginning at Dunmore Church Car-Park at 6.45pm.
The walk, led by Monica Fleming, will guide people along the local trail and introduce them to the autumn fruits of the hedgerows.
Places are limited and can be reserved by emailing: biodiversity@kilkennycoco.ie
The event is supported by the National Parks and Wildlife Service under the National Biodiversity Action Plan (2017-2021)
