Active Retirement Kilkenny to pay tribute to former members

Active Retirement Kilkenny will unveil a bench in memory of deceased members on Monday, September 18 in the Castle Park grounds.

The group has offered countless older people in the Kilkenny area with an outlet to chat, catch-up and take part in activities since its inception.

Local women Kit Quinn and Breda Donoghue will open the bench, while local representatives including Mayor Joe Malone are expected to attend.
