City Cinemas Limited have been granted planning permission from Kilkenny County Council for change of use planning permission at Unit 2, Barrack Street, Kilkenny.
At ground floor level, the applicant was seeking to change the existing retail unit to a doctors surgery/clinic.
Also sought was permission for all associated site works.
Permission was granted, subject to five conditions, on October 13, 2023.
