'The Big Pitch', where three founders showcase their business for a chance to win a cash prize of €10,000 takes place in Kilkenny Castle's Parade Tower on Thursday, November 23.
The three finalists selected are; Dermot O'Riordan of ResoHealth, Marie Bourke of Celtonn and John Barron of GoChallenge and they will each have four minutes to present their business, followed by four minutes of Q&A from our judging panel.
Each finalist has been paired with an experienced entrepreneur who will mentor them in their preparation for the final. This year our mentors are Patsy Carney (Eirgen), Clare Hughes (CF Pharma and Telenostic) and Rory O'Connor (Scurri).
After the presentations and while the judges make the all important decision, there will be a fireside chat with the mentors, who will give an insight into their experiences as founders of successful startups. Anna Marie Turley (Entrepreneurship & HPSU Operations at Enterprise Ireland) will also join this conversation to share how founders can best navigate the start-up ecosystem.
People are invited to attend from 9.30am for coffee, with the event starting at 10am.
