WARNING: Rain warning comes into place for Kilkenny later today

Met Éireann has issued weather warnings for five counties as Storm Ciaran hits Ireland.

A Status Yellow rain warning has been issued for Co Kilkenny as well as counties; Wexford, Wicklow, Cork and Waterford from 7pm tonight until 7am tomorrow (Thursday, November 2).

According to Met Éireann, further rainfall combined with saturated ground conditions and high river levels, may lead to localised flooding.
