A decision is due soon on plans for the construction of thirty-five residential units at Rockshire Road, Ballyrobin, Ferrybank.
The planned units are a mix of housing styles including terraced housing and detached duplex units.
Also sought is a new 6m wide internal roadway to service the proposed development connecting to the existing Mayfield Road, boundary treatments, foul and surface water drainage and landscaping together with all ancillary and associated site works.
The applicant is 'Digital Wren RE Limited' and a decision is due from Kilkenny County Council by December 11, 2023.
