The Town Hall clock in Kilkenny
The car park at County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny will be open and free to the public on Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10. The car park will close at 6.30pm sharp each day.
Parking in the Market Yard in the city will be free from 9am to 12noon from Monday, December 11 to Thursday, December 14. No parking charges will apply to vehicles entering the Market Yard car park after 6pm and exiting before 2am.
