Irish-Australian singer/song-writer, Damien Leith
Australian born singer, Damien Leith made a surprise visit to the Marble City recently, singing jubilantly while strolling through the streets of Kilkenny City.
Leith was the winner of the Network Ten music contest Australian Idol in 2006 and has gone on to release nine studio albums.
The singer was born in Co Kildare and spent many of his early years in Ireland before later moving 'Down Under'.
He has been an Australian citizen since 2007.
