Kilkenny parish to experience water outages today (Wednesday)

To facilitate essential water main repairs, there will be a disruption to the water supply in the Piltown area of Co Kilkenny on Wednesday, January 17 from 9am to 3pm approximately.

Parts of Jamestown, Kilmanahan, Breanor, Sweep, Owning, Ballyhennebry, Castletown, Whitechurch, Baungarriff, Garrynarea, Three Bridges and Tybroughney may experience disruptions.

Road works with traffic control will also be in place on the Jamestown to Kilmanahan Road.

All efforts will be made to return normal supply as soon as possible. 

Uisce Eireann and Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
