The 51st Annual Annie Awards is taking place in Los Angeles on February 17
Cartoon Saloon's Screecher’s Reach' has been nominated for two Annie Awards, which have been recognising excellence in animated cinema and television since 1972.
Producer and Cartoon Saloon co-founder Paul Young has been nominated in the Best Direction (TV/Media) for his directorial debut, ‘Screecher’s Reach’, an episode of Star Wars anthology series Star Wars: Visions and editor Richie Cody has received a nomination for Best Editorial (TV/Media).
The 51st Annual Annie Awards is taking place in Los Angeles on February 17.
Meanwhile the team at Cartoon Saloon have more reason to celebrate with an Emmy win earlier this month.
Star Wars: Visions volume 2 episode “Screecher’s Reach” won an Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation in the category for Production Design.
Star Wars: Visions is available to watch on Disney+.
