The CBS Kilkenny Senior Soccer team had reason to celebrate on Friday, winning the Carlow/Kilkenny League Final by beating Presentation Carlow 2-1 after extra-time.
The James' Street side were 3-1 winners against St Mary's CBS in the last round with a hat-trick courtesy of Eoin O'Neill booking their place in the decider.
The city school had to dig deep in Friday's final, with a brace of goals from Eric Koufie securing the title.
