Gardaí in Kilkenny have condemned the actions of a driver under the influence of cocaine when stopped outside a city primary school earlier this morning.
Gardaí took to social media to highlight the incident with hundreds of Facebook users expressing disbelief and anger at the reckless driver's actions.
Furthermore, the drug driver had no tax or NCT and suspected no insurance on inspection by Gardaí and is expected to be charged.
