Just a week after Ahenny and Clashnasmuth Tidy Towns de-littered their roads, a full bag of rubbish appeared on the road side on the Tipperary side of the Victoria Bridge over the Lingaun River on the Kilkenny-Tipperary border.
The discovery has caused discontent and anger amongst the local community.
