Fusion Promotions issue warning to Kilkenny parents ahead of Easter Ball

The organisers of the Fusion Ball in Kilkenny are urging parents not to drop their children off too early if attending the Easter Ball in Pegasus Nightclub, Kilkenny City this evening.

Organisers are asking parents to drop their kids off at the designated car park behind Guiney's between 8.15pm and 9pm.

"We have security in place from the car park to nightclub and inside where your child can have a safe enjoyable night without the dangers of alcohol or drugs," a Fusion spokesperson said.

Gardaí in Kilkenny raised concerns over potential under-age drinking in Kilkenny City prior to the last Fusion Ball, stating, "Do not let them (your children) drink alcohol in your house beforehand and do not facilitate bringing them into town way too early to meet others at unsuitable locations where they are going to be put in danger."
