Due to essential road resurfacing works, Kilkenny County Council will have a temporary road closure on the R693 on High Street from its junction with the Parade to its junction with Parliament Street on Sunday, April 21 from 6am to 1pm
On Monday, April 22 to saw cut both sides of High Street. On Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 to plane out the public road and on Wednesday, May 1 to resurface the public road from 6.30pm to 12midnight each night.
Members of the public with any queries can email the Kilkenny Area Office at kmd@kilkennycoco.ie.
Local access will be provided where possible and the work is weather dependent so may be cancelled if weather conditions are not considered to be favourable.
Kilkenny County Council apologises for any inconvience caused.
