The Edward Hayden School of Cookery, based in Graignamanagh took gold at the Irish Restaurant Awards last night (Monday) at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin.
In a ceremony which played host to over 1,200 guests, the local school was declared overall winner in the cookery school category.
