Kilkenny soccer club to officially open new pitch this weekend!

This year sees Fort Rangers celebrate their 50th anniversary. There are some events planned for later in the year, but events will kick off this Saturday when the club celebrate the official opening of their new pitch at Church Hill, Cuffesgrange.

From 11am there will be a blitz of games from under-six up to under-nine with a number of clubs participating. There will be a barbecue on the day while CRKC will broadcast the Saturday Sport programme live from the pitch between 12 noon and 2pm.

Fr Mark Condon will perform a blessing of the pitch while John Sullivan will cut the ribbon at 1pm. With lots of other attractions, all are welcome to come and celebrate with the club.
