Fifth Class students from St Patrick's De La Salle in Kilkenny had a day to remember in UPMC Nowlan Park last week as they got the opportunity to meet their hurling heroes Eoin Cody and David Blanchfield, tour the stadium and get their hands on the All-Ireland Minor Championship trophy with the final of the competition between Kilkenny and Tipperary scheduled to be played at the venue this Saturday at 5.30pm
The local students day was capped off by a visit to the dressing rooms and the gym before facing off in a highly competitive match out on the pitch.
