Gardai are appealing to anyone with dashcam footage to come forward
A teenager has died following a collision in Kilkenny yesterday evening.
The 14-year-old was travelling on an e-scooter when he was involved in a collision with a car on the Tullaroan Road at Ardboy, Bonnettstown. The driver of the car remained at the scene.
The boy was treated at St Luke's Hospital for his injuries in Kilkenny and died earlier today.
A post mortem is expected to take place later today.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who was in the area between 6 and 7pm with dashcam footage to contact them at Kilkenny Garda Station.
