Paddy Deegan was the hero in the 2023 St Canice's Credit Union Senior Hurling Championship Final as O'Loughlin Gaels claimed the scalp of Shamrocks Ballyhale in an absorbing final in UPMC Nowlan Park.
Deegan's point in the second minute of stoppage time eventually helped his side see off the stubborn challenge of the six in a row chasing Shamrocks and win on a scoreline of 0-20 to 0-19.
