The show, now its 25th year took to the road this morning and visited a number of high-profile locations in Castlecomer.
Fronted by Ó h'Artagáin, the programme kicked off 'Her Outdoors Week' which encourages women & girls to get involved in sports and outdoors activity.
The TV crew also stopped off at a number of local locations in the area including the Castlecomer Discovery Park.
