It’s the closing of one chapter and the opening of a new one for Langton’s in Kilkenny City following confirmation that its iconic nightclub is going into 'hibernation'.
Speaking to Kilkenny Live, Managing Director, Eddie Langton said the club may return as an 'irregular service' for special events in the future, but due to changing socialising habits and routines, the business is adapting to cater for the public’s needs and wants.

According to Mr Langton, the local business is looking forward to an era of 'new opportunities' which will include a wide range of concerts at the Set Theatre, the continuation of their popular late-night bar service and the ability to offer even more top-quality services as a wedding venue. - READ MORE HERE
Following the news exclusively revealed by Kilkenny Live, Langton's Bar and Nightclub released a statement via social media outlining what lies in store for the business in the future, promising they'll be something on offer 'for everyone'.
