Shamrocks Ballyhale's Evan Shefflin has told the Kilkenny People Sport Podcast they are not worrying 'just yet' and believes their previous experiences of relegation semi-finals can offer them the necessary springboard to progress in the championship.
Last year's beaten finalists won one of their five games in the St Canice's Credit Union Senior Hurling League but can book a championship quarter-final spot with a win over James Stephens in John Locke Park at 4pm.
