Kilkenny County Council to tackle local noise issues

Kilkenny County Council is inviting public submissions on the draft Noise Action Plan 2024-2028, addressing environmental noise from major roads and rail locally.

The plan does not apply to noise from domestic activities, neighbourhood noise, noise at workplaces or noise inside means of transport or due to military activities in military areas.

- The public can submit feedback online on the Kilkenny County Council Consultation Portal by CLICKING HERE
- Or by mailing submissions to; Environment Department, County Hall, 81 John Street Lower, Collegepark, Kilkenny, R95 PK20
The deadline for written submissions is Monday, November 25 by 5pm.
