St Kieran's College manager Brian Dowling

The Kilkenny school are defending champions but despite having led them to All-Ireland glory earlier this year, St Kieran's College manager Brian Dowling is still as eager as ever to succeed with this year's panel.
Speaking to the Kilkenny People Sport Podcast, the St Kieran's College boss said: "People always ask 'where does the hunger come from?' But every time, every year it's a new team and the end goal for every college's team is to play in the final in Croke Park," adding, his hunger to succeed is refreshed with new players at his disposal each year.
"It's great to work with the lads, they're really enthusiastic, they want to learn and it's great to try and have a small input in their careers," he said, "it's great to see lads go on to bigger and better things," Dowling concluded.
