Lyrath Estate Hotel
A festive fundraiser will take place at the Lyrath Estate next Tuesday (November 26) as the hotel’s Christmas tree will be turned on by special guest, Edward Hayden who will be joined by the team at The Amber Women’s Refuge in Kilkenny who are the hotel’s charity partner for the evening.
All are invited to join to get into the Christmas spirit with your community, enjoying mince pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate while listening to Christmas carols by Kilkenny’s Gospel Choir and a visit from the man himself – Santa!
At 5.30pm on Edward Hayden will be joined by the team who run Amber Women’s Refuge to begin the festive season by turning on the Christmas lights. People are welcome from 5pm for the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at 5.30pm. Donations are welcome on the day for Amber Women’s Refuge charity.
