Dairy farm to come before public auction in Kilkenny

The lease of a dairy farm situated on 129 acres of land at Foxboro, Mountrath, is set to come up at a public auction next month in County Kilkenny.

Auctioneer Joseph Coogan said the leasing of the dairy farm is for 15 years.

 "Leasing of Circa 129 acres of agricultural land, divided by public road with excellent range of farm buildings including 12-unit milking parlour.

These farm buildings are available to the tenant farmer who takes Lot 1 at an additional cost.

"Lot 2: Circa 39 acres situated directly opposite Lot 1 beside public road. The lands are ideally suitable for summer grazing with water supply."
