Kilkenny personal trainer, Jason Quan teamed up with a very familiar face at a Hyrox event in Malaga event over the weekend.
Quan, originally from the city, has been helping individuals who are looking to drop body fat, building muscle and improve their fitness levels via his online platform over the past number of years.
