Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that there will be a temporary lane closure including stop and go traffic management on the junction of the Dunningstown Road and the newly constructed link road which extends to the new Freshford Road roundabout today (Thursday, April 3).
The roadworks will be in place from 9.15am to 6pm to facilitate final overlay of the road by Kilkenny Block Ltd, on behalf of JJ Rhatigan & Company Ltd, as part of the new CBS Secondary School scheme.

Delays can be expected and if possible motorists should avoid the area.
Local access will be facilitated with local diversions in operation and signposted.
