Holden has a very close affinity with his home place and was a very active member of the John Lockes club before his career in transport made it next to impossible to continue as a competitive player. The Holden name is deeply entrenched in the Lockes club, with his sister Colette serving as the club's Public Relations officer and his brother Dereck representing the club on the Senior and Junior boards.
With a wealth of experience in the transport industry, Paddy has spent most of his adult life driving trucks on the continent, the United Kingdom, and the island of Ireland.
Paddy is known for his personable nature and ability to tutor drivers of all levels. As an RSA approved Driving Instructor, Paddy offers lessons in a variety of vehicles, including Cars, Jeep with Trailer, Rigid Trucks, Artic Trucks, Buses. Both Essential Driver Training (EDT) and Pre-Test lessons are available, ensuring that drivers receive comprehensive training tailored to their needs.
