The Kilkenny school paid tribute to the outgoing teachers on social media

St Kieran's College say a tearful goodbye to dedicated group of teachers

St Kieran's College in Kilkenny bid farewell to a number of 'long standing staff members' on Thursday afternoon.

Philip Walsh, Sharon Keyes, Jane Moran and Jo Staunton all retired from their positions after many years of dedicated service.

"We thank them for their many years of service to St Kieran’s College and we wish them well for the next chapter. Thanks to everyone who organised the treats in the staff room today," the school posted to social media.
