The death recently occurred of Tedroy Dunkley at his home in Moneenroe in North Kilkenny and formerly of Manchester.
A kind and affable man, he lived for some time in Chatsworth Street, Castlecomer.
A proud Mancunian, he was a lifelong fan of Manchester City. He lived for his family home and away and was always available with wise words of advice.

Rarely seen without his trademark hat, he enjoyed music and his favourite Xbox.
As the cortege left the church for the last time it did so to the strains of Don’t Worry About a Thing, which was the essence of a life well-lived in terms of good deeds and service with a smile.
He was laid to rest in Moneenroe Parish Cemetery after Requiem Mass celebrated in the Church of the Sacred Heart by Fr Tom Corcoran, PP Clogh.
Tedroy is survived by his wife Edel; daughter Luna Ruby; family on both sides of the Irish Sea and friends from near and far.
