New head chef announced at popular Kilkenny restaurant

Ember Kilkenny have announed Jonathan Webster as their new Head Chef.

A passionate and highly experienced culinary professional, Jonathan brings over 15 years of expertise across some of Waterford and the South East’s best-known restaurants.

With an impressive track record at venues like Alvito Restaurant, Azzurro Bar & Restaurant, and Bellissimo, Johnny is a chef who understands how to balance precision and creativity.

From leading busy kitchen teams to designing fresh, memorable menus, his approach is rooted in a deep respect for quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail.

Johnny is also a committed team player and motivator.
