The Seanad chamber at Leinster House
For the past six weeks an intro to stand-up comedy for over-60s has been running in Kilmoganny.
Led by Kilkenny Comedy Club host, Cian McGarrigle, the budding comedians have honed their jokes, polished their punchlines and are now ready to unleash them during the much anticipated showcase night where all over the age of 16 are invited to attend the free event.

On Tuesday, July 8 at St. Eoghan’s Community Hall, Kilmoganny, the course participants will take to the stage in their first ever performance with doors at 7:30pm and the show starting at 7:45pm.
The course is made possible by the support of Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board with more running in the future, so those who are interested in participating in an upcoming programme can get in touch on the night or at kilkennycomedy@gmail.com.
